If you experience any difficulties with your order, contact us at customerservice@restorationvideos.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue in a timely manner. If the DVD is defective in any way, we will send a replacement product to you.
Shipping
We ship most orders within 24 hours of receipt. All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and packages will follow their shipping schedules, being closed on Sundays and holidays. Additionally, please note that any order placed after 2:00 pm (US Central time) on Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday.
